Engineering discipline, compliance-first manufacturing, and configurations built around your actual operation — not a catalog SKU.
Every VFD drive panel is built in-house to spec, not assembled from third-party kits.
IEC 61800 / IEC 61439 / ISO Certified built into the design process, not retrofitted.
The same engineering team builds your entire electrical room — MCC, PCC, PLC, AMF, and distribution panels from one vendor
No reseller markup, no communication layers between you and the people building your panel.
IEC 61800 / IEC 61439 / ISO Certified compliance isn't a checkbox for us it's built into every vfd drive panel from the first drawing.
Every industry has different load profiles, environments, and compliance demands our panels are configured accordingly.
Real feedback from and engineers who've specified Burak Electric panels for critical operations.
Energy savings on our HVAC pumps crossed 35% after switching to Burak VFD panels. The harmonic filters are built in and there's been no nuisance tripping at all
We run 22 VFD-controlled conveyors and the panel handles all of them without a single fault. The forced-air cooling design is smart no overheating even in summer.
The Ethernet and RS485 integration with our SCADA worked out of the box. Burakelectric's technical team was responsive during

A VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) panel sometimes labeled simply panel VFD or vfd electrical panel on a site drawing is an enclosed cabinet housing drives and electrical components that control the speed of three-phase AC motors, adjusting voltage and frequency to match motor speed to real-time process demand. Some engineers also refer to the same equipment as a vsd panel, short for variable speed drive.
Inside, the drive's power electronics convert fixed-frequency incoming power into a variable-frequency output, ramping motor speed up or down smoothly instead of switching abruptly on or off — the same principle behind every variable frequency drive control panel we build. Built-in circuit breakers protect against short circuits and overloads, while an HMI displays power consumption, frequency, amperage, and fault codes for real-time diagnostics, making a vfd drive panel standard in pumping, drilling, and conveyor applications where speed control directly drives energy savings.
Motors running at full speed regardless of load demand waste significant energy that a properly sized vfd motor control panel would otherwise save.
Direct-on-line starting causes abrupt torque spikes that wear down mechanical components.
Without visual diagnostics, operators can't catch fault codes before a costly shutdown.
Poorly filtered drives introduce harmonic distortion that affects other equipment on the same supply.
Built for the operating conditions of real industrial environments not just the test bench.
Adjusts motor speed based on demand by controlling voltage and frequency, preventing unnecessary energy waste the goal behind every vfd control panel we configure.
Circuit breakers and safety features safeguard against short circuits and overloads inside the vfd panel box
Precise motor speed control via potentiometer, operator input, or closed-loop control logic, including vector control vfd configurations for high-precision applications.
Real-time displays for power consumption, frequency, amperage, and fault codes.
Gradual voltage/frequency ramping minimizes mechanical stress and extends equipment lifespan.
The step-by-step operating sequence inside every Burak Electric VFD panel.
Input rectification
Incoming 3-phase AC power is rectified to DC by the drive's input stage.
DC bus & filtering
The DC bus smooths the rectified power before inversion.
Inverter stage
Power transistors convert DC back to AC at a controlled variable frequency.
Motor speed control
The variable-frequency output drives the motor at precisely the speed the process demands.
Monitoring & feedback
The HMI displays real-time amperage, frequency, and fault codes for diagnostics.
Fewer surprises. Faster diagnostics. A panel that's still right for you after you scale.
Every VFD panel goes through structured quality checks before it ships.
