Engineering discipline, compliance-first manufacturing, and configurations built around your actual operation not a catalog SKU.
Every PCC panel is built in-house to spec, not assembled from third-party kits.
IEC 61439 / IS 8623 / NEMA built into the design process, not retrofitted.
The same engineering team builds your entire electrical room — MCC, PCC, PLC, AMF, and distribution panels from one vendor. See all panel types
No reseller markup, no communication layers between you and the people building your panel.
IEC 61439 / IS 8623 / NEMA / UL 845 compliance isn't a checkbox for us it's built into the panel from the first drawing.
Every industry has different load profiles, environments, and compliance demands our panels for electricity are configured accordingly.
Real feedback from plant owners, EPCs, and engineers who've specified Burak Electric panels for critical operations.
The 4000A PCC panel handles our entire plant load distribution without any issue. Bus temperature has been within spec through two full summers well designed ventilation.
Burakelectric delivered the PCC panel on time for our critical substation upgrade. The draw out ACB arrangement means we can isolate incomers for maintenance without a full shutdown
We needed a PCC with 100kA short circuit withstand for a heavy industry application. Burakelectric met the spec, passed the type test, and delivered ahead of schedule. Thoroughly impressed.

A Power Control Centre (PCC) panel is the central enclosure that receives incoming power from the grid or a generator and distributes it to downstream panels and loads across a facility acting as the main power panel and hub for industrial and commercial sites. It belongs to the broader family of electricity panels used wherever incoming supply needs to be split, protected, and routed safely.
Inside, copper or aluminum busbars carry’s a high currents from the incomers (ACB, MCCB, or SFU) out to multiple outgoing feeders, each protected by its own breaker and relay. Because a PCC sits upstream of equipment like MCCs and distribution boards, it's built to handle higher fault levels and carry the full facility load reliably which is why PCC panels are standard in any site managing high-power loads and voltages, and why facilities sourcing panels for electricity at scale typically start their single-line diagram with a PCC.
An undersized or poorly protected PCC puts the entire facility's power supply at risk during a fault.
Incomers and busbars rated below actual short-circuit levels fail catastrophically instead of tripping safely.
Without proper instrumentation, faults and inefficiencies in downstream circuits go undetected for too long.
Fixed incomer setups can't adapt when a facility adds a second grid feed or standby generator.
Built for the operating conditions of real industrial environments not just the test bench.
Built using high-quality raw materials, ensuring durability and longevity even in demanding industrial environments
Flexible configuration that allows for future expansion as power needs evolve.
Circuit breakers, fuses, and protective relays safeguard against electrical faults.
Engineered to withstand high fault levels and temperature rises safely.
Ammeters, voltmeters, and energy meters for comprehensive system monitoring across every power panel we ship.
The step-by-step operating sequence inside every Burak Electric PCC panel.
Incoming power
Power from the grid or generator enters via ACB, MCCB, or SFU incomers.
Busbar distribution
Copper or aluminum busbars carry the full load current to outgoing feeders.
Outgoing protection
Each outgoing feeder is independently protected against overload, short circuit, and earth fault.
Metering & monitoring
Ammeters, voltmeters, and energy meters track system performance in real time.
Downstream distribution
Protected power feeds MCCs, distribution boards, and critical loads facility-wide.
Fewer surprises. Faster diagnostics. A panel that's still right for you after you scale.
Every PCC panel goes through structured quality checks before it ships.
