Engineering discipline, compliance-first manufacturing, and configurations built around your actual operation not a catalog SKU.
Every MDB panel is built in-house to spec, not assembled from third-party kits.
IEC 61439 / IS 8623 / ISO 9001:2015 built into the design process, not retrofitted.
The same engineering team builds your entire electrical room — MCC, PCC, PLC, AMF, and distribution panels from one vendor
No reseller markup, no communication layers between you and the people building your panel
IEC 61439 / IS 8623 / ISO 9001:2015 / CPRI compliance isn't a checkbox for us — it's built into every main panel from the first drawing.
Every industry has different load profiles, environments, and compliance demands our panels are configured accordingly.
Real feedback from plant owners and engineers who've specified Burak Electric panels for critical operations.
The main distribution boards from Burakelectric are compact and well-rated for our 3200A incomer. Busbar joints are clean and torqued properly no hot spots after thermal imaging.
We replaced three old MDBs with Burakelectric panels during our plant upgrade. The new units improved fault isolation and the compartmentalized design let us add sub-feeders without rewiring.
Good quality MDB with proper copper busbars and earth fault relay provision. Delivery was on schedule and the vendor's support for drawing approval was quick.

A Main Distribution Board, or MDB, is the central distribution board that receives power from primary sources like transformers or generators and divides it into smaller outgoing feeders for downstream distribution across a building or facility. On a single-line diagram it's often simply labeled the main panel, panel main, or mains board, all describing the same a distribution board at the head of the system.
Inside, a busbar system made from copper or aluminum carries the full incoming load to multiple outgoing feeders, each protected by its own circuit breaker. Integrated metering tracks voltage, current, and consumption, while the enclosure's IP rating (commonly IP40 to IP65) protects the electric board panel's internal components from dust, water, and other environmental factors. As the first major distribution board after the transformer, the MDB's reliability directly determines the reliability of every downstream circuit it feeds.
As the primary distribution board, an undersized or poorly protected MDB risks the entire facility's power
A low IP rating in a dusty or wet environment accelerates component degradation.
Without real-time monitoring, faults and inefficiencies downstream go undetected.
Improper earthing at the main panel level creates safety risk across every downstream circuit.
Built for the operating conditions of real industrial environments not just the test bench.
Designed to handle specific current and voltage levels, supporting the full electrical load and system requirements of any db panel board.
Housed in enclosures rated for resistance to dust, water, and environmental factors (IP40–IP65).
Copper or aluminum busbars distribute power efficiently and support high current flows.
Integrated systems track voltage, current, and power consumption for better diagnostics on the mains board.
Circuit breakers safeguard against overloads, short circuits, and faults.
The step-by-step operating sequence inside every Burak Electric MDB panel.
Incoming supply
Power from the transformer or generator enters via ACB or MCCB incomers.
Busbar distribution
Copper or aluminum busbars carry the full load to outgoing feeder sections.
Outgoing protection
Each outgoing feeder is independently protected by MCCB or MCB breakers.
Metering & monitoring
Integrated meters track voltage, current, and power consumption in real time.
Downstream distribution
Protected power feeds sub-panels, MCCs, and end loads throughout the facility.
Fewer surprises. Faster diagnostics. A panel that's still right for you after you scale.
Every MDB panel goes through structured quality checks before it ships.
